EVH Technologies Private Limited (Evenzhub, Evenzhub.com) is concerned about its users (hereinafter referred to as "You" "Your" "Yourself") accessing its websites www.evenzhub.com ("Website" or “Platform”) for payments and transactions and has provided these Payment Terms ("Payment Terms") to familiarize you with the payment related terms and conditions of our Platform/website.

Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions ("Payment Terms"). All clients, users using EVH Technologies (Evenzhub) all payments and transactions on the website will be governed in general by this policy and specifically by the individual cancellation and refund policies issued by the sellers or vendors or service providers on the website/platform.

As you use our services, we want you to be clear and informed on how we’re collecting information from our customers and service providers and using it. Our Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we use it. We reserve the right to revise or make changes to these Privacy Policies of EVH Technologies (Evenzhub.com) by updating this information time to time. Revised policies take effect as soon as they are published.

Payment Policy

All transactions for purchase of any service or product for your events and conferences have to be paid either online through EVH Technologies (Evenzhub) Payment Gateway Service Provider or offline, in which case payment details have to be manually entered in the system by the user or client.

Users facing the problem of deduction of charges/payment (successful online payment) without getting the system payment record updated are required to submit the request for update of payment details along with invoice/transaction details separately by an email at connect@evenzhub.com . For failed online payment, or in case your credit card/debit card/payment account has been accidentally over-charged, the Payment Gateway Service Provider will be responsible for making a full automatic refund of the charged / overcharged amount to your account. In the reverse scenario, if the transaction amount during payment of service or products charges happens to be less than the actual fee amount, the Payment Gateway Service Provider will debit the outstanding amount from your Payment Account and notify you of the same.

Failed and Fraudulent Transaction

EVH Technologies (Evenzhub) will have no role in failed transactions and fraudulent use of card/net banking/payment wallet in any manner. Users/clients are advised to use their own debit/credit card/net banking. Users/clients will be solely responsible for using debit/credit card & net banking for the payments of purchase of services or products at Evenzhub website/platform. Any fraudulent transaction/attempt will attract action as per service rules and relevant section of Indian Penal Code (IPC). Users/clients providing improper details may be bared from taking the services or products further and payment shall be forfeited.

Debit/Credit card /Net banking/Wallet Transaction

The Users/clients further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card / Net Banking details. In default of the above conditions, Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be entitled to recover the amount of transaction from the user against whom the credit/debit card/Net banking has been used. Further, Payment Gateway service provider/Bank also reserves the right to initiate any legal action for recovery of cost/penalty or any other punitive measure, as it may deem fit. EVH Technologies (Evenzhub) or the Payment gateway service provider may put charges for convenience of transaction or any such (if any) from time to time and those charges must be borne by the user/client.

Cancellation Policy

The Users/clients are required to pay the normally NON-REFUNDABLE amount or instalment prescribed in the respective products and services final purchase order details. The amount once paid will normally NOT be refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for future services or products. The cancellation policy will vary from product/service to product/service and shall be exclusively mentioned in the product or service Agreement/Purchase order. The same shall be applicable throughout the journey of the delivery of the service/product.

In case of any user/client found to have paid more amount than prescribed, due to technical reason and on receiving the communication from the said applicant, the said extra payment, if found, shall be refunded by EVH Technologies (Evenzhub) or the service provider (in case the payment is directly made in the account of the service provider) to the same account from which the payment has been received.

In exceptional circumstances, cancellation of any paid amount for which payment has been successfully made and an invoice number has been generated, EVH Technologies (Evenzhub) must be notified of the same in writing – by an email to connect@evenzhub.com

Refund Policy

The refund policy will vary from product/service to product/service and shall be exclusively mentioned in the product or service Agreement/Purchase order. The same shall be applicable throughout the journey of the delivery of the service/product. In case of successful but post-payment due to unexpected and extenuating circumstances, the seller or vendor or service provider is not able to provide the committed service or the product, the individual service/product’s refund policy will be applicable for determining whether refunds will be granted for the transaction/purchase order, and the time-frame for processing refunds will be determined by EVH Technologies (Evenzhub).

Please note that the amount of refund will be limited to only the base amount of the services or products. Online convenience fee (if any) and applicable taxes will not be refunded, payable towards online payment processing. The refund amount will be refunded directly to the account from where the payment was made. In case of any user/client found to have paid more amount than prescribed, due to technical reason and on receiving the communication from the said applicant, the said extra payment, if found, shall be refunded by EVH Technologies (Evenzhub) or the service provider (in case the payment is directly made in the account of the service provider) to the same account from which the payment has been received.
